About This Project

Under this contract, Innovative Consulting & Management Services, LLC (ICMS) management provided facility consulting services to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Facilities Management Division (FMD).

ICMS management was task to development business management process to combat numerous environmental issues and building deficiencies due to a lack of response from the landlord.  Our management and the FMD team were responsible for managing multiple projects involving interior and exterior infrastructure projects to correct mechanical systems, conduct building structure analysis; develop indoor air quality and facility management process.  Out team provided construction management services and project management of building renovation through the NOAA campus.

Specifically, our management team was responsible for assessing progress in relation to the established project schedule and resources allotted to include reviewing plans, specifications and cost estimates for technical adequacy; and conformance to plans, specifications, codes, standards, engineering best practices, and the requirements of the government, to ensure the operations of mission critical NOAA assets.
